Responsibilities:

● Assist in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
● Be well-versed on the compliance requirement of the Companies Act, 2016 with ability to advise clients on compliance matters and provide technical support.
● Help prepare various secretarial documents and lodge statutory documents.
● Maintain and update the statutory books and records.
● Liaise with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities.
● Perform other duties as and when assigned.
 

Job Requirements:

● CGI (ICSA) qualification
● At least 3 years of company secretarial experience
● A team player with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in both written and spoken English
● Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude
● Able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

Responsibilities:

● Provide support to tax compliance advisory services for clients in various industries
● Compile and prepare tax returns
● Compliance and reporting, tax management and risk and control assessment
● Conduct research and consult with team members on various tax matters
● Work closely with clients and liaise with various government agencies such as Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies
● Any other ad hoc matters where necessary
 

Job Requirements:

● A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in disciplines such as Accounting/Economics/Tax/Finance or a professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/MIA/MICPA/CTIM.
● Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Ability to converse and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
● Possess good organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
● A strong team player willing to share responsibilities
● Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

● Update and finalization of clients' management/financial accounts
● Maintenance of chart of accounts and opening balances
● Preparation of relevant schedules (Plant and Equipment List, Payroll List, Accruals etc)
● Handling of clients' SST matters
● Work as an effective team member to complete assignments
● Work diligently to ensure deadlines are met

Job Requirements

● Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent.
● Candidates pursuing ACCA/CPA/MICPA part-time or possessing professional papers have an advantage
● Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
● Fresh graduates/Junior executives are encouraged to apply
● Candidates with their own transport have an advantage
● Be willing to travel to a client's premise when necessary
● Preferably have an entry level specialization in Audit/Taxation/Accounting or equivalent.
